You will verify the results and advice on changes to the applications based on user experience. You will work with the development team of highly skilled developers and research scientists, who are building the next generation of the tools.Some of the responsibilities include: Enabling QA during design and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. Plan and execute quality test cases. Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product. Operate a lab with various devices and electronic equipment. Leverage information systems and mobile applications to collect, capture and process electronic data. Collect and document data, feedback and work with development teams to implement changes in the data flow. Monitor and verify that the changes drive better customer experience.*This is a 9-month temporary position, employment via a 3rd party agency*.Job ID: 2161575.Requirements: BA or BS degree.Proven background of quality related analysis, with ability to draw conclusions and recommend improvement initiatives.Able to perform repetitive tasks based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality.Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Fluent English language skills- spoken, reading and written.Superior judgments, diplomacy and tact.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong Excel, Word, SQL, HTML or other technical skills are advantageous.Ability to deep dive/analyze customer related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement initiative recommendations.Strong problem solving and analytical skills. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
