3D CHARACTER ARTIST

מיקום המשרה: תל אביב יפו  תחומי המשרה: עיצוב, עיצוב תלת מימד  סוג/היקף המשרה: משרה מלאה  We are seeking a full-time 3D Character Artist to join our team in the Tel-Aviv / Israel office.In this role, you will be part of an art team that enhances Virtual Reality experiences in law enforcement, the armed forces, emergency management, humanitarian aid, and medical care. An ideal candidate will be a problem solver and self-learner who is dedicated to working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Requirements: * Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop human characters based on original artwork and photo references.* Model and texture realistic characters and related props based on character sheet references and sketches.* Work in Unreal Engine to preview, optimize, and polish the models according to visual direction.* Proficiency with Zbrush, Maya/Max, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.* Expertise in the creation of PBR materials, lighting, and shading in UE4.* Working knowledge of rigging.* An excellent understanding of anatomy, weight, and silhouette.* Good eye for color, light, and detail.* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Very nice to have: * Industry experience.* Knowledge in Blueprints.* Experience with procedural software and systems (Substance designer, Houdini, Geometry nodes, etc.)* Experience with Marvelous Designer.* Experience in game engine profiling and optimization.* Working experience with Virtual Reality headsets.* Working with Perforce.* Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic design or 3D design המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
